This policy explains which cookies wispaire.com uses and how you choose which ones you allow. It sits alongside our privacy policy, which says how we handle personal data in general.

Who we are

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some keep the shop working; others tell us how the shop is used or which ads bring visitors. We use the second kind only when you say yes.

Your choice

When you first visit from the EU, the UK or Switzerland, a banner asks you to accept all cookies, reject all or choose per category:

• Necessary: your bag, checkout, security and your cookie choice. Always on, because the shop does not work without them.
• Analytics: which pages and designs people look at (Google Analytics, Shopify's own statistics and Microsoft Clarity).
• Marketing: which ads bring visitors and orders (Google Ads).
• Preferences: remembers choices you make in the shop.

Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the foot of every page; we then stop setting the cookies you turned off. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

The cookies we use

The table at the end of this page lists every cookie the shop sets today: its name, what it does, its category, who sets it and how long it is kept. It follows the tools we have switched on, so it changes when we add or remove one. Shopify's checkout may set further necessary cookies for payment and fraud prevention.

Processors

The cookies above are set for us by these companies, which process the data on our behalf:

• Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland, and Shopify Inc., Canada): the shop and checkout.
• Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC, USA): Google Analytics and Google Ads, with your consent only.
• Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. and Microsoft Corporation, USA): Microsoft Clarity, with your consent only.

International transfers

Google and Microsoft may process cookie data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which both are certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Shopify Inc. is in Canada, which the European Commission considers to offer adequate protection.

Retention

Each cookie stays in your browser for the time in the table, or until you delete it. The data the tools collect is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics and, in Microsoft Clarity, 30 days for recordings and up to 13 months for heatmaps and summary data.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie settings at the foot of every page. You also have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data and to object to its use; our privacy policy explains how. Email info@wispaire.com, and we answer within one month. You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), the Dutch supervisory authority, or the authority where you live.

Changes

When we add or remove a tool, the table on this page changes with it, and we update this text. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Cookies we use

This list follows what the shop runs today. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you say yes to them.
